Kicking off 2021 with an all time favourite here at MYS. I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate? (If you’re one of the few who does not, can we even be friends?! JK, we’ll talk about fruit later wink)

This is an all chocolate desserts online zoom class where you’ll learn THREE easy and show-stopping chocolate desserts that will wow anybody! Don’t worry if you’re a beginner, you don’t need any prior skills to attend the class. It is SUPER easy to follow :)

  • Molten chocolate lava cake

  • Chocolate, Pistachio & Raspberry Tart

  • Hazelnut Chocolate Semifreddo

The different techniques & skills we will cover:

  • Mastering the shortcrust pastry and how to line a tart correctly

That’s about it folks. Please feel free to get in touch with me at hello@myyummyspatula.com in case of any further questions.

Learning whilst doing is such a fantastic opportunity to grow your baking skills and learn tips that you would not pick up just reading a recipe book. My baking since has been so much better because of it
